Get ready for a serious overload of Hawaiian salmon burger photos.

I got a little too hyped.

Way too hyped about these salmon burgers.

Way too hyped about the coconut caramelized pineapple piled on top.

Way too hyped about that Hawaiian BBQ sauce oozing down the sides.

Can you tell I get really excited about stuff?

And by “stuff,” I mean food. Especially gorgeous food on gorgeous plates. I also get way too pumped about an empty house, a clean house, fresh flowers, and… lists.

Oh yeah, I love lists.

Lately, though, my list-making skills have been seriously lacking.

As in, I haven’t written a single list in a month—and trust me, my life has been a chaotic mess without them. I need to get back to it. I’m dying for a solid, well-organized list.

Like the grocery list I need today. It’s gonna be long. Think Santa’s Christmas list long. Honestly, if Santa could cover just one of our grocery bills this year, that’d be a Christmas miracle. Feeding way too many people over here.

Way too many.

Like I mentioned last week—we are way over capacity.

Oh, and none of them actually like good food.

Except my dad. And kind of my mom—though remember, she won’t touch fish or seafood. But my dad’s just one person, and he doesn’t eat much.

The rest? They need to eat constantly, in huge amounts, and absolutely nothing can involve seafood, fruit, or veggies. Pasta must be plain—just cheese or butter. Pizza? Only cheese and sauce. Even chicken is suspicious unless it’s smothered in crushed potato chips.

Yeah… that’s what I’m working with. It’s torture. 95% of the dinners I make require a second meal just for the boys.

It’s exhausting.

And they have no idea what they’re missing.

Even my mom’s missing out.

Well, half missing out. I made her a Hawaiian chicken sandwich with the pineapple and sauce—she loved it. Went nuts for it, actually. But she’s still skipping the salmon benefits. If you’re not into seafood either, chicken works great here too.

But the salmon? So much better… at least in my opinion.

Plus, just look at that gorgeous pink color.

I’m obsessed.

The fresh Copper River salmon in stores right now? Unreal.

Unbelievably pretty.

Unbelievably delicious.

Just… unreal.

Kind of like the number of photos in this post.

Oops.

I just couldn’t pick. Choosing is way too hard. Actually, impossible.
